We want you to love your Wonder Valley experience; if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase. Please note that due to the artisanal nature of our skincare, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used.

Return Process

  Carefully pack the unused items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
